Julianna Maria Canals Lulo

Studied at Colegio Saint George achieving the highest honors and the International Baccalaureate Programme Diploma. Holds a degree in Law, graduated Magna Cum Laude at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (2000). Formed part of the university team at the Phillip Jessup international law competition and has taken several courses on legal subjects, such as corporate law, copyright, labor law, among others.

Mario E. Pujols Ortiz

Lawyer. He graduated summa cum laude at Universidad Iberoamericana (1996). Holds a Master's degree in Corporate Law and Economic Legislation (1999) and post graduate studies in Business (2006), both at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra; holds a Master's degree in International Legal Studies (2000) from Washington College of Law, American University, Washington, D.C. (Fulbright scholarship).
